Is the meeting online or in-person?
If you're located within a 2-hour radius of any of our global offices, we prefer to hold the initial use case discussion meeting in-person, and we'll even treat you to lunch afterward. Following meetings will primarily be held online for the sake of efficiency, but we're open to visiting your office upon request. For those located more than 2 hours away from any of our global offices, most of our meetings will be conducted online. After an enterprise contract has been signed, we may assign onsite engineers to your location either full-time or part-time based on the contract specifics. Rest assured, our professional services are highly praised and we strive to offer top-notch support. We also regularly schedule onsite visits with our customers for strategy discussions, technical events, market trend panels, and to host or participate in guest talks.
What is your policy for onboarding and after-sales support?
